ND Pathway Support

Home-Start Suffolk is here to help families take that first small step back towards the future they deserve, because children with special educational needs and disabilities, and their families, should never struggle in silence behind closed doors.

We are working together with Suffolk Mind and 4YP to support parents and carers of children and young people aged 5-18 who have been accepted for a Neurodevelopmental assessment or have a diagnosis through the pathway.

To qualify for this support the child must:

  • Be aged 5-18
  • Live in Suffolk (excluding Waveney)
  • Be registered with a Suffolk GP
  • Be post triage and accepted on the ND pathway or have received a diagnosis on the ND pathway

If you are unsure if a child qualifies for this support, please contact 01473 621104 or email headoffice@homestartinsuffolk.org

Please note that this support is not available within Waveney as this project is commissioned by the NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB). If you are based in Norfolk and Waveney, please visit the Norfolk & Waveney NDD pathway page for further information:
