Tony Brown
Tony is the Founder and CEO of Nexus Management Solutions, a consultancy that partners with SMEs to strengthen leadership, financial management, governance, and prepare for successful business exits. With over 35 years’ experience in finance, including more than 20 years at Board level, he brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, financial oversight, and organisational improvement.
Alongside his role with Home-Start Suffolk, Tony serves as Chair of Brickfields Multi-Academy Trust, supporting schools across Essex to deliver strong leadership and positive outcomes for children. Passionate about giving back to the community, Tony was inspired to join Home-Start Suffolk to help ensure that every family has the support they need to thrive.
