Sue Wilcock is the Owner and Managing Editor of UK Director Magazines, the umbrella brand behind Suffolk Director, Norfolk Director and Essex Director. Based in Ipswich, she leads the publication of business magazines and a growing community platform designed to inform, connect and support business leaders across the region.
A qualified marketer with over 30 years’ experience, Sue has built her career in public relations, marketing and communications, working with organisations to manage and enhance reputation, and engage their audiences effectively. Alongside her publishing role, she continues to work as a freelance PR consultant, bringing strategic insight and a strong understanding of people-led storytelling.
Sue lives and works in Suffolk and is passionate about supporting the local business and wider community. Her work is rooted in bringing people together, creating opportunities to share experience, build connections and help individuals feel less alone. This perspective has been shaped by her own journey in business, where she recognises how challenging leadership can be.
As a Trustee of Home-Start in Suffolk, Sue brings expertise in communication, marketing and engagement, alongside a genuine commitment to early intervention and providing practical, compassionate support to families.
