Since joining the organisation in 2007, Tara has supported Home-Start in Suffolk from its once humble beginnings, supporting approximately 45 families a year, to the organisation it is today, working with in excess of 1500 families and supporting some 280 volunteers, the latter of who were awarded the prestigious Queens Award for Voluntary Services in June 2020 in recognition of their incredible work.

Outside of work Tara is mum to two girls and lives in Suffolk with her husband, her girls and their dog Lucy.
